Six Week Yoga Class Wednesday Nights 6:30 – 7:45 pm

St. Francis is offering another six week session of beginner/mixed level yoga. Come for one class to try it out, or the whole series to reduce stress, improve health, and increase well-being. Yoga mats are available at the center.
To encourage group unity, yoga is free for those who can attend at least 5 out of the 6 sessions. Walk-ins are welcome, but asked to pay $5/class.
