Our annual Center fundraiser will be quite the evening of joy, hope, and talent. Enjoy a night with two renowned worldwide classical musicians with performances by our Center kids at Friends School of Baltimore. Guaranteed to be an inspirational evening, just in time for the holidays.
General Admission tickets, $50 per person includes pre-reception with light fare and refreshments.
VIP Single Ticket, $150 per person includes preferred seating, pre-reception, and VIP meet/greet musicians.
Most Wonderful Sponsor, $1500 includes 4 VIP tickets with preferred seating, pre-reception, VIP meet/greet musicians as well as publicity including media, social media, and sponsor dedication; this sponsorship also includes the opportunity to choose a song to be performed in advance.
About the performers:
Classical Pianist Ryan Shookman began his studies at a young age with his mother in his hometown of South Orange County, CA. Mr. Shookman proceeded to study at The Redlands School of Music in California, The Juilliard School in New York City, and at The Paris Conservatory and International Academy of Music of Nice in France. No stranger to the concert stage, Mr. Shookman has been heard worldwide in over 20 countries. He currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland, where he has a studio with more than 40 students and has directed over 25 shows at theatres in the Baltimore/Washington metro area.
Accomplished Cellist Katie Chambers plays on various television shows and at many prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Kimmel Center, Kennedy Center, Strathmore, and numerous musical theater pits, and works with a variety of singers, songwriters, and performers . Ms. Chambers graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a bachelor’s degree in cello performance and earned a master's in cello performance from San Francisco Conservatory of Music. She is now based in Brooklyn, NY.
