Join us on Saturday, March 28th, for a low-impact chair fitness class benefiting St. Francis Neighborhood Center's weekly Senior Social program for older adults in West Baltimore!
This class is designed with all ages, skills, and mobility-levels in mind, led by Terrell Talbert of MET Studio. Participation is just $5!
Senior Socials are weekly gatherings at SFNC aimed at cultivating community and providing an opportunity to enjoy shared hobbies, art, food, off-site excursions, and more. All are welcome to join! Find us every Tuesday from 9 AM to 12 PM at SFNC.
