Stoop Nights - Held Quarterly
St. Francis holds quarterly gatherings that provide an opportunity for all residents to socialize and hear updates from our staff and leadership. Historically over 100 residents from all over the neighborhood come to mingle and break bread together. Building a sense of community through food is a tried and true method of nourishing the mind, body, and soul.
Reservoir Hill Resource Fair and Music Festival
ResFest 2025 - Sunday, August 2nd, 11 AM - 3 PM!
Born out of a need for access and equity, the Reservoir Hill Resource Fair began in 2005 as a way to connect West Baltimore residents with vital services—healthcare, education, housing, and food. Two decades later, it has grown into ResFest: a joyful, high-energy festival that reflects the power, pride, and potential of our neighborhoods. ResFest is Reservoir Hill’s largest community celebration—drawing hundreds of residents, families, and local leaders for a day filled with live music, youth activities, local vendors, and over 50 resource providers offering free essentials and support. This is typically held in early to mid August.
Green Ups
These community greening and beautification events are held a few times a year based on need and availability of volunteers. Each Green Up typically has at least one major area of focus, such as the German Park pollinator gardens, Jordan Alley pocket park, tree-planting, or generalized clean-up. Make sure to follow us on social media (@stfrancisbmore) and join our mailing list to be among the first to know about our next Green Up!
Black Beyond Data Reading Group
These free, virtual, monthly meetings are focused on exploring ideas around community-based data analytics (CBDA), a collaborative approach to data that involves community members in the collection, management, and analysis of data in their communities. Learn more and register.
