With our expansion and renovation now complete, St. Francis Neighborhood Center is pleased to offer rental reservations of our facilities (and vehicles!) as an added resource to the community.

A 10% deposit is required to reserve the space for your event, with final payment due one week before the reservation date.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation within five (5) business days of the date agreed upon, the deposit will be refunded less a twenty percent (20%) administrative fee.

If the event is cancelled after five (5) business days from the agreed date, the entire deposit and any payments made toward the balance will be forfeited.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable beyond the above-stated cancellation window. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 10 business days of written notice of cancellation.

St. Francis Neighborhood Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, facility emergencies, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, renters will be offered either:

a full refund or
the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability.
